Brief

Precision slitting of Jumbo Coils of type CRGO, CRNO, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Coppe, GA.

Slitting width with minimum dimension of 40mm & maximum of 1300 mm, thickness of up to 1.5mm & weight up to 10MT. The current volume of slitting per month is about 600MT. These slit coils are used in high speed manufacturing systems.

Transformer Lamination

Manufacture of CRGO laminations from 0.27 to 0.35mm thickness, for Transformers of up to 2MVA. Ranging from 40mm to 300mm width and length 300mm to 1500mm.

Quality Standards

Cutting accuracy is maintained within ±0.1mm with burr free, wrinkle free and lamber free output. A Separate Quality Team is in place to inspect at various stages using Random, Patrol and Final Inspection methods.
